Sorting bags, sacks, pouches, luggage

Our systems sort flat and flexible packaging such as bags of frozen berries, vegetables or French fries using a pivoting board close to the conveyor belt. It works similarly to the Sortec pendulum distributor.

As the motor and the mechanics are arranged above the conveyor belt, the design saves space. The system is mounted on two pipes on the floor close to the conveyor. It can be easily retrofitted.

It is a fast-working rejection unit. The rejection board accompanies the bag to the desired end position as if it were being pushed by hand. Depending on the parameters set in advance, sorting takes place quickly or slowly. It is moved over a short or longer distance sideways. The products are pushed to different aisles.

The system also sorts and distributes sacks, pouches and many other products in a fairly small space.
