Empty beverage crate return

Sorting takes place in the empties logistics center or in the beverage manufacturer’s empties acceptance area. Here, a colorful mix of glass and PET bottles for beer, lemonade, mineral water and juices is handled in reusable crates. The following aspects are important:
- high performance
- trouble-free operation with as few downtimes/downtimes as possible of the system
- low-noise operation
- space-saving design
Our systems achieve the required high performance with two rotating transfer units. While one transfer board pushes the crate over, the next one already reaches the starting position for the following crate.
Our systems offer trouble-free operation because all mechanical parts are located above the conveyor belt. This means they are insensitive to dirt and broken glass. Thanks to self-lubricating bearings, our systems are practically maintenance-free. Our servo technology offers a dynamic and smooth operation that ensures reliable operation over a long period of time.
Thanks to the servo technology, our systems run quietly. They push the crate slowly and quietly and accelerate it dynamically onto the intended discharge path.
The arrangement of the transfer elements above the conveyor belt saves space. As the photo above shows, the systems can be mounted on a frame one above the other, so that sorting can take place on two or more levels in a minimal space. Special designs are also possible that take up less space to the side of the conveyor.
